Case managers, probation and parole officers, community corrections, shelters, treatment programs, housing providers, employers, and families.
What do you need from me?
Just the basics: the person’s first name, the best way to reach them, their release date if there is one, and what they need. The person must agree to the referral.
Will you update me?
Yes, with the client’s consent. We keep you in the loop so nothing falls through the cracks.
